As a Health Intuitive, I check in with my own intuition and inner knowing and get information and impressions about your body – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
As a Healer, I’m shown how to heal whatever comes up, and then we go to work on it together.
We’ll do the healing and the work to clear what comes up. It can be anything – health, body, food, career, relationships, money, negative thinking, anxiety, fears, self-doubt, stuck energy. Whatever it is that is blocking you from living your best life with the most flow and least resistance – your highest expression.
In my own life, I’ve overcome monumental health challenges from debilitating allergies to cancer and, over the last decade, I’ve helped hundreds of women do the same.
My story of healing started with a cancer diagnosis in 2012. My evolution and journey to loving myself has been the key to healing. That started with loving myself enough to radically change my diet and lifestyle. Nourishing my body with a raw living vegan diet was my first expressions of self-love that created the conditions for my body to heal and fight off the cancer.
Rather than going at this blindly, I dove headfirst into pursuing a comprehensive education on raw, vegan food preparation at Living Light Culinary Institute. What I learned is that food can either be medicine or poison. I had every intention of giving my body the food that would be the optimum medicine to heal it. (By the way, I’m not a militant, raw vegan purist. I believe in the power of living foods to create an alkaline state in the body when dire things like cancer and dis-ease are going on. But I believe in balance, listening to your body, and nourishing yourself with whatever your body needs to be healthy and whole – all rooted in self-love.)
Then, I broadened my professional training at the Institute of the Psychology of Eating by delving into dynamic eating psychology and Mind-Body Nutrition. What I learned is that our relationship with food – and our relationship with ourselves – is as important as the food itself. Our health must be addressed holistically with a mind-body-soul approach. Nourishment, pleasure, relaxation, digestion, metabolism, energy and healing are all intimately interconnected.
I took the detox a step further. I took a multi-dimensional approach with body, mind and soul. I didn’t want to just eliminate toxins from food, I wanted to eliminate every day stressors that would prevent my body from healing as quickly as it could. I took my camper and headed to the mountains of Tennessee for two months in total solitude. I drank lots of pure, clean water and breathed fresh mountain air. I meditated daily. I visualized my healing. I did Reiki on myself. During my time away, I felt massive improvements in my health—both physical and mental. But mostly, I felt the shift in my soul. I felt energized. I felt strong. I felt full of hope.
Even with all of that hope, it was a beautiful shock to receive a clean bill of health upon my return from my sabbatical.
I knew that I couldn’t keep the joy and the healing power of this lifestyle to myself and so here I am.
