 1 Can Organic Fava Beans
 1 Can Organic Black Beans
 1 Can Organic Pinto Beans
 1 Can Organic Canonneli Beans
 1 Can Organic Adzuki Beans
 1 6oz can Organic Tomato Paste
  Green Bell Pepper (deseeded and minced)
 3 14.5 oz cans Organic diced tomatoes 
or 4 Cups of fresh cut & 1 cup water
 1-2 Chipotle peppers or 1 tsp dried powder
 1 Jalapeno Pepper (deseeded)
 1 TBSP Chili powder
 2 tsp sea salt
 1 Cup diced yellow onion
 6 fresh cloves of garlic or 3 tsp minced garlic
 4 TBSP Olive oil
 3 Cups of water or veggie stock

In a large stockpot, heat olive oil on medium heat, add onions, garlic, chipotle, jalapeno, green pepper, sauté until translucent.

Open all cans or if you are using fresh, add rest of ingredients, bring to a medium boil, stirring frequently.

Cover and cook med/low heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The longer and slower it cooks the more the flavors enhance.
