My favorite Spring Time food to make is veggie wraps. Here are a few ideas for wrap recipes. I of course use Gluten Free ones like my Coconut Basil Wraps from my book. You can also use Brown Rice Wraps(if you aren't sensitive to Rice), the Paleo Wrap, or even a Big Piece of Iceburg lettuce or Dark Kale or Collards by removing the stems.
Veggie Wrap
Wrap of your Choice
Handful Spinach or Spring Mix
Sprouts - I like Sunflower the best
Carrots - Peeled or grated
Cucumber - Diced
Avocado - Sliced
Tomato - Diced
Onion - Sliced Thin
Topping - Veganaise, Mustard, Or Your Favorite Salad Dressing
Lay out all ingredients and wrap up to enjoy!
